HardHats is an industry-led job training program that brings qualified labourers together with construction employers - at no cost to you. It makes hiring for your projects easier, faster and saves you time and money.

HardHats graduates have completed a 12-week, hands-on training program at either Camosun College in Victoria or Discovery Community College in Campbell River and Duncan.

HardHats graduates will bring the following skills to your worksite:

Certification in:

• WHMIS
• Occupational First Aid (Level 1)
• Traffic Control

Trades skills in:

• Formwork
• Framing
• Stairs and Rafters
• Roofing
• Siding
• Finishing
• Shop and Tool Safety
• Fall Protection Training
