HardHats is a partnership between the Canadian Home Builders Association of British Columbia and GT Hiring Solutions (2005) Inc. and is funded by the Ministry of Employment and Income Assistance, the Ministry of Community Services and Service Canada. HardHats is managed by GT Hiring Solutions, who has a successful track record of managing employment programs since 1994.
